TSC_05 — STRUCTURAL MASTER / CANON CONTINUITY ENGINE

STATUS: WORKING — STRUCTURAL MASTER VERSION: v1.0 CANON TIER: TIER 4 — CONTINUITY CONTROL GOVERNING AUTHORITY: TSC_00_MASTER_CANON_INDEX EFFECTIVE DATE: 2025-12-18

Evidence-first ledger of objective events and conditions that exert causal pressure across The Shinobi Chronicles. This system governs chronology, pressure continuity, and convergence integrity.

Constitutional Statement

This ledger records objective events and conditions that exert causal pressure on the world of The Shinobi Chronicles.

This document does not:
  • Explain meaning
  • Interpret motive
  • Assert theological or metaphysical truth
  • Predict outcome

It exists to ensure temporal consistency, causal integrity, pressure continuity, and convergence legitimacy.

The reader never encounters this ledger in raw form. The story cannot function without it. If narrative prose conflicts with this ledger, the ledger prevails.

Purpose & Scope

This ledger:

  • Defines what happened, when, and where
  • Tracks systemic pressure, not narrative importance
  • Governs chronology across all books
  • Prevents retcons via omission, drift, or reinterpretation

This ledger does not:

  • Justify events
  • Explain theology
  • Assign symbolic meaning
  • Replace narrative execution

Ledger Governance Rules (Locked)

1) Date Authority

  • Every entry must include a date or date range.
  • Dates govern chronology absolutely.
  • No thematic or narrative ordering supersedes dates.

2) Confidence Classification

Every entry must include exactly one confidence tag:

  • PUBLIC — Widely reported and officially acknowledged
  • CLASSIFIED — Restricted to state or institutional actors
  • SUPPRESSED — Actively concealed, redacted, or misrepresented

Confidence reflects access and correctness, not absolute truth.

3) Pressure Outcome Requirement

Every entry must specify a downstream pressure outcome (behavioral force), such as:

  • Institutional escalation
  • Policy shifts
  • Suppression activity
  • Surveillance expansion
  • Cultural reaction
  • Technological acceleration

If an event does not force behavior, it does not belong in the Timeline & Event Ledger.

Cluster Model — The Great Convergence

All events are organized into six convergence clusters. Clusters operate independently at first, then synchronize over time. The convergence of these clusters constitutes the Great Convergence.

No single cluster explains the apocalypse. Their overlap does.

Glossary (Operational Terms)

Cluster
A convergence grouping of independently verifiable events that generate systemic pressure and synchronize over time.
Category
A functional subdivision within a Cluster that groups events by operational similarity and pressure mechanics.
Event Ledger Entry
A single, self-contained record of an event with date authority, confidence classification, sources, and pressure outcome.
Shinobi Commentary
Clearly labeled editorial interpretation by the author persona. Non-authoritative; does not override the factual record.
