This Refunds, Returns & Warranty Policy governs all purchases made through King David Media LLC and the brand Shinobi_Bellator on the website ShinobiBellator.ninja and any affiliated sales channels.
By purchasing digital music, downloadable content, apparel, tactical gear, or survival equipment, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to be transparent, professional, and legally compliant, while reflecting the real-world nature of the gear we stand behind.
1. Digital Music, Downloads & Streaming Products
All digital products—including music downloads, mixes, sound files, exclusive releases, and digital content—are considered final sale.
- No refunds on digital music purchases
- No returns or exchanges
- No credits issued for accidental purchases
- No refunds for compatibility issues on individual devices
Once the file has been delivered or accessed, the transaction is complete. Digital products cannot be “returned,” copied, or undone—therefore, all sales are final.
2. Physical Merchandise (Apparel, Stickers, Posters, etc.)
We want your merch experience to be smooth. For standard merch items:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection
Non-returnable merch includes:
- Limited-edition drops
- Autographed items
- Custom prints
- Made-to-order apparel
3. Tactical Gear, Survival Gear & High-Risk Equipment
Because Shinobi_Bellator operates with authentic, real-world, battle-tested standards, tactical and survival gear carries additional limitations.
3.1 All Tactical Gear Sales Are Final
- No refunds on tactical gear once shipped
- No exchanges due to sizing, color preference, or user error
- No returns on gear exposed to use, field conditions, or training
3.2 Exceptions for Manufacturing Defects
If the gear arrives defective, damaged, or non-functional out of the box, we will:
- Replace the item OR
- Issue a refund at our discretion
Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery and must include photos or video evidence.
3.3 No Warranty for High-Risk Use
Tactical and survival gear is often used in dangerous, unpredictable conditions. We do not offer warranties of performance, durability, or user safety.
By purchasing, you acknowledge our Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver.
4. Shipping Errors or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number
- Include photos of the packaging and item
- State the issue clearly
We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
5. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds generally process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Processing times are outside our control.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing fraudulent chargebacks is illegal. We reserve the right to:
- Contest chargebacks with evidence
- Blacklist abusive customers from future sales
- Pursue legal remedies where necessary
